We provide a decision within 24 hours as long as we have all banking data available.
We add a simple percentage fee onto an advance, which is payable across the term of the advance. No subscriptions - you only pay a fee for what you’ve used! We will let you know the fee as part of every credit line decision.
Our Credit Underwriting system relies on Balance and Transaction data, instead of outdated credit reference agency data, so to get you your credit line quickly we need you to connect all company bank accounts when you sign up.
We partner with Plaid who use the best-in-class encryption protocols like the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES 256) and Transport Layer Security, alongside user consent management and multi-factor authentication.
In addition, we fully encrypt your data within our system as part of underwriting. We cannot view your bank login credentials.
We do not make any movements with your money unless you authorize us to as part of the Pay Now service.

We undertake an initial “soft” company credit check to determine eligibility. This looks at certain information on the company but does not affect the company credit score. Further information can be found in our terms of service.
Soft personal credit checks are required under our know your customer and credit processes. We try to limit these to directors who have a shareholding in the business, however in certain circumstances we may need to run soft checks on other directors. Soft searches have no impact on credit scores. Although an individual can see soft search “footprints” on their own file, they aren’t visible to other companies. Further information can be found in our terms of service.
We require no personal guarantee. We want to keep our process - and our paperwork - as simple as possible. We believe that financing your business shouldn’t come with the traditional stigmas of “debt”.
You repay your advance in monthly installments collected via Direct Debit in the UK and ACH Debit in the US through our partner GoCardless. The mandate is created when we initiate the advance and is governed by our Finance Agreement with you.

No, you do not. We will use your invoice reference number and confirm their bank details with their bank. We can provide receipts for transactions, where required.
Your credit line is available for 30 days, after which you can click refresh and we will automatically assess your eligibility for a new credit line. tranch customers typically use their credit limit multiple times, refreshing limits monthly.
tranch is required to comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations in the US (Federal Law) and UK (FCA). KYC is a way of identifying and confirming that a customer is who they say they are. It’s a multi-step process that helps to prevent the creation and use of fraudulent accounts. If you have received a request to complete our Electronic Identity Verification process, it means we need to verify your identity in order to proceed with an application. Failure to complete this to our satisfaction may, unfortunately, result in tranch being unable to proceed with providing finance.
