Frequently Asked Questions
Not exactly. We offer advances, which are a form of financing that does not have an interest rate attached or dilution from warrants. You receive a dynamic, rolling line of credit up to £250,000 and we charge a single fee on the portion that you use. This makes tranch a far more flexible way of financing large invoices than a regular loan.
We add a simple percentage fee onto an advance, which is payable across the term of the advance. No subscriptions - you only pay a fee for what you’ve used! We will let you know the fee as part of every credit line decision.
We require no personal guarantee. We want to keep our process - and our paperwork - as simple as possible. We believe that financing your business shouldn’t come with the traditional stigmas of “debt”.
You repay your advance in monthly instalments collected via Direct Debit in the UK and ACH Debit in the US through our partner GoCardless. The mandate is initiated as we initiate the advance and is governed by our Finance Agreement with you.
No, you do not. We will use your invoice reference number and confirm their bank details with their bank.
